FAQs

  • A transaction coordinator assists with the closing process and makes sure all the boxes are checked so that nothing is missed throughout the journey of the transaction. One benefit of using a transaction coordinator is saving time. It is estimated that using a transaction coordinator can save you 5 to 20 hours per transaction. You can utilize this extra time elsewhere - lead generating or spending more time with your loved ones. We also make sure you are legally compliant and that all paperwork is completed so your office doesn’t chase you down and can pay you on time. Another perk - since you have extra eyes on your documents, in case there is an audit from the real estate commission, you will have more peace of mind. Transaction coordination is a great service to implement if you want to leverage your business to keep growing!
